Ocean Palace Chinese Seafood Restaurant

Really good sliced beef with deluxe vegetables, the asparagus was thin cooked perfectly. The breaded almond chicken was very good I received 3 full breasts worth and it tasted excellent. Hard to get through to the place but it's so good its understandable.

Consistent great take out. Ingredients are fresh and flavorful. Just give enough time on busy weekends for your order during prime time.

This place is top of the list for me. I drive from Richmond to enjoy the quality and quantity that Ocean Palace serves. Large portions with excellent quality. Hard to imagine I have to drive from Richmond to get good, quality Westernized chinese food. Many years ago we had Brighouse Cafe and Danny 's Wun Tun 'used to be ' good value but nobody comes close to Ocean Palace. Where else can you get dinner for 4 with plenty of leftovers for $70.00 ? Ordered last night for Mother 's Day and enjoyed leftovers tonight. 'Wake up Richmond '......Thank you to Ocean Palace. Well worth the drive and I will continue to make it. First time Google review. Not a fan of them or social media but Ocean Palace deserves the recognition. Dave

The number of Zero reviews for this restaurant is artificially deflating this excellent restaurant. They are service related comments but eastern standards of service are different from the 'what i want, when i want it, how i want it ' mantra of the west (i say this as a westerner who has traveled the east extensively). This restaurant serves up excellent food at a good price and the demand is high so yeah, during peak periods you 're gonna have to wait. Don 't like waiting? Well, Safeway sells Chinese food too. If you 're expecting an 'I 'm a VIP, you need my business, I 'm not going to pay you extra for your premium food ' experience then don 't go here. This restaurant serves excellent food and a great price. You 're going to have to wait in line. The staff are friendly and helpful. They deliver exceptional value.

Bad experience once. Really busy, seemed to worry more about take out than patrons. Everyone has a bad day. Seems like this place has more than their fair share! Tried again. Not sure why except to be sure. Should have reckoned with the first experience.Again - seemed more concerned with delivery than us. If I had food delivered could comment more.Poor, Poor service and don't know about the food. Don't expect to wait for 45 mins for appies. Too bad. Could be a nice place.
