IHOP Restaurant - Delta

Christmas for me is all about enjoying seasonal foods So, I was excited to try the pumpkin pancakes at IHOP.

I am a fan of this chain breakfast places just because of their choice of syrups and the fluffy pancakes.

After having some cravings for pancakes we decided to randomly stop byMy boyfriend ordered their breakfast sampler which came with pancakes.

Plenty of food for a reasonable price. I shared my awesome platter with two five year old. Service was great!

I realize my visit today was during the busier lunch hour, however, during my 32 minute wait for my simple sampler plate....other orders after mine was taken, were getting their food first! My order came and I was not surprised to find it was only warm, not hot. The butter-ball just sat on the :hot" cakes and did not melt!2 ladies were seated next to me, had their order taken and got their food before I was finished eating. It took me 32 mins to get my food and 7 minutes to eat it! I got a simple sorry from the manager while paying. Not a good experience at all.I believe this is my first 'poor' rating I've ever given.
