Mcdonald's - Delta

This review has been a long time coming. On multiple occasions my order has been incorrect. Today, i went thru the drive thru. When i got to the 2nd window i was told to pull up. I saw that the shamrock shake was in season so i thought i had time to go in. Buy one and get out in time to get my initial order. I waited for almost 10 minutes. I stood in front of the register. In fact, the lady behind me who had used the kiosk was helped. At which point i was being ignored again after that. I let her pay for her order and... basically the whole time i was in there not one McDonald's employee said 1 word to me. Not 1. As a former manager of mcdonalds in montrose i am apalled that the standards are so low. That is all, you'll be lucky to recieve my business again. I can always eat someplace else

Today I just put my hamburger back in the bag. Threw it in the trash. Found a hair on it but it was small so I let it pass and just took it off of my burger. Cringed. Took another bite. Decided to open up the burger. And found another hair. Not cool. Probably not ever going back. Get your stuff together. How does this happen?

Food has always been hot and correct. Staff is polite and positive.

Paying same price for the fish sandwich and it's big enough for 4 bites!!! Rip off fr!!

The lady who takes our order just makes our day! She could teach the rest 'how it 's done '!
