Brooklyn Water Bagel - Delray

I placed a pickup order online and never received the drink I ordered, not good service for my first time trying this place, they also don't do in store refunds.

Received Coca-Cola instead of coffee, the most diabolical thing to taste in the morning with milk

I didn't know there was no server service, ,that's ok ,but I like full service, the Bagel sandwich with Nova cream cheese was just ok my wife had the same thing

Love the Brooklyn specialty sandwich.. Bagle, cheese, egg, ham, bacon and sausage

They don’t have coffee in the machines and it was everything very dirty, even the tables. The bagels was very cold and the cheese wasn’t melted. Sorry but management are not good, no more.
