Rocky's Italian, Steakhouse

The food was outstanding. I ordered one of the specials: South African Lobster Tail with Jumbo Shrimp, served with homemade three-cheese tortellini in a fradiavolo sauce. Everything was fresh and cooked to perfection. The lobster was tender, the shrimp were large and incredibly fresh, and the homemade tortellini could have easily been a meal on its own. My wife chose another special, the Filet Mignon over pasta. She loved the filet, claiming it was cooked perfectly to her liking. The pasta she requested was quickly accommodated and was delightful! My usually picky partner was more than satisfied. Maria recommended a Chianti that paired beautifully with our meal. We ended up enjoying two glasses each. Although the promised cannoli weren't available, the cheesecake we received instead was sensational! The dessert was beautifully presented and, like everything else at Rocky’s, it was absolutely delicious. After finishing our meal, our server invited us to stay and enjoy the bar, mentioning that “Rocky” would be DJing for the rest of the night. Don’t let the old-school Italian decor deter you; Rocky’s Italian Bistro offers nothing but quality food. This place has excellent cuisine at fair prices, outstanding service, and a comfortable atmosphere. Olio – you really missed out; we’ve discovered a neighborhood gem in Rocky’s!
