That's great. Brisket and rib skirt! Children love the Mac cheese. This is a family to go if we don't feel like cooking. Ribs should not fall from the bone and be drowned in sauce! They should have their own taste and the sauce is compliment. Bands are not a vehicle for the sauce. PBC gets it.

I'm a BBQ guy and that's the best I had in Pittsburgh! The bride is phenomenal! And whatever these people do to make the baked beans is sinful good! I like my sauce a little sweeter, but you don't throw Rolls Royce because it has a scratch on the Kot. EAT! You're being cracked. Did I say the beans are great?

Nanette is a dream to work and plan with...our event is June 18th. Will update after...ok, had our event...Food was AMAZING! Pulled pork, chicken, hamburgers, hot dogs, Mac n cheese, baked beans and corn bread with all the fixings! Sierra and Brad were AWESOME servers! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Fast service, great portion size and price point. You can taste the smoke on the rubs and brisket, the cornbread is moist and fluffy and the mac and cheese was very hearty.

Worth the Drive from Penn Hills. My wife and I drove out from Penn Hills. I work for a computer service company and saw this place while heading to a service call in Indiana PA. I had the Beef Brisket. Awesome. I haven't had Clem's in a few years so I'll have to reserve comparing with this place. Would I go back? You bet. My only complaint. They need to streamline the ordering process. Seemed a little disorganized. And it delays getting the awesome barbeque. I would recommend this place to all my friends and family. Worth the drive!
