Prathon Wali Gali in Old Delhi/Chandni Chowk location is one of my favorite place for paratha eating. Its puri not paratha small pieces but very tasty served with three sabzi, green chutney, red chutney awesome. Aloo, rabdi paratha is my favorite pick love this spot.
I went home for New year's and instantly after landing I had cravings for Chandani Chowk paranthas.<br/ <br/ I ordered for 4 different types kaju, mixed, rabri, khoya) of paranthas and all were delicious.<br/ These paranthas were served with aloo sabzi, khadu, green chutney and a sweet chutney with pieces of banana in it. Each plate has 2 paranthas which can easily serve 1 person.<br/ Out of all the 4, I really like kaju parantha the most. It was very rich and you can easily distinguish the taste. Rabri parantha was sweet and when eaten with sabzi, it tasted really amazing.<br/ <br/ I highly recommend for everyone visiting or living in Delhi to try the authentic Chandani Chowk Paranthas.

PT Gaya Prasad Shiv Charan is located at paranthe wali galli, Chandani Chowk. This legendary place is running successfully since 1872. We ordered their special rabri parantha and paneer parantha. Rabri parantha was hot and mind blowing whereas paneer parantha was good. I love the side dishes they give which includes potato curry, tomato ketchup and pumpkin curry. Ambience was minimal, so don't expect anything fancy.
