Tim Horton's - Delhi

Never given the right order, really slow, haare in eating all the time, bad settings, invite them for the wrong dinge. total sucks. in the always late to school, if I have no line up there.

Our order was accurate. We stopped on the way to Toronto, not using the drive-thru. The service was good and the food was enjoyable. We did not encounter any issues during our visit.

Had breakfast at this Tims. The order was correct. Did not use drive thru. We did not wait long for our order. Will come again.

I rarely complain because I dislike judging others, but this Tim Horton's experience was terrible. The drive-thru is incredibly slow, and the biggest issue I have encountered is that my cup is only filled halfway or less 75% of the time. My daughter lives in Delhi, so we visit often. I usually order a medium white hot chocolate since I am not much of a coffee drinker. However, my cups are often only half full or three-quarters full, which is not acceptable. You should get what you pay for. Tonight, my husband stopped by before work to pick up a treat for us. The donuts were all thrown into a bag together, and the chocolate on some donuts (like the Boston cream) smeared onto other donuts (like the apple fritter). It was a mess. The worst part is coming home to enjoy my hot chocolate and finding the cup half empty. That is just disrespectful. How many other customers are being shortchanged like this? It happens so often that it makes me wonder if they are doing it to save money. When I finally tried to complain this evening, I was told that they were instructed to put all the donuts in a bag and could not use wax paper to separate them because it was not allowed. They claimed it was because they were not permitted to touch the wax paper after handling food. This confused me, as I thought with COVID-19 precautions, they should be wearing gloves. As for my half-empty hot chocolate, I was informed that the drive-thru was closing in 10 minutes. What does that have to do with anything? When I called later that evening, the drive-thru had closed, but when my husband was there earlier, it was open for another 40 minutes. It seems like when they are close to closing time in Delhi, they only fill the cups halfway. Confusing. Overall, not impressed.

If you have half an hour to spare in a drive-thru, then this place is perfect for you. The service is awful.
