Just picked up food. When we got home, the rice turned out to be anything but cooked. I called the store to report it so that they could do something about it and no more customers would be confronted with poorly prepared rice. China Dragon 's reaction was quite special. As a regular customer who has been coming for more than a year, I can contradict the latter. They often use a lot of spices, but the rice is consistently prepared in quality. Until today. After noticing this, the monkey came out of the sleeve: there was a new rice supplier and different rice. But nevertheless, people persisted and I quote again: 100% done, what you say is not. Tip for Golden Dragon: it might be an idea to take a complaint seriously. A customer doesn 't complain for nothing. This allows you to intervene in a timely manner if something is wrong, so that the damage to your company 's image is limited. You will always receive friendly help from the same young lady who has been there since you were a child. Everything is freshly prepared after ordering and the taste is great, always consistent and always delicious! The monthly menu has been the same for years, but it offers exactly what we like, so it's perfect!
