Dunkin' - Delaware Water Gap

This location is notorious for adding extra charges for the silliest stuff and it clearly gives employees a power trip because of it. Who knew that asking for less ice is a charge $1.10 charge? Yikes. This location is extremely laughable.The franchise owner, Dawn, didn't address the lack of customer service but she tried to gaslight me in saying the charges have *always* been a thing. Avoid this location like the plague. Clearly the owner, Dawn, doesn't care about customer service. She's just enjoying the money these silly charges are bringing lol

Good breakfast sandwich. Wish they had more drink options in case you are ot a coffee drinker.

Went to this Dunkin on July 4th and it took over 20 minutes to get my drink and donut when there was only two cars in front of me and they each only got one to two drinks each. I was sitting there thinking to myself what did they order the whole menu? Nope they employees were just super slow. Once I got up to the window they lady had 3 drinks out and I had to tell her I only got one drink and one donut. Then when I handed her my card she proceeded to charge me for all 3 drinks and when I asked if I could get a refund she said the manger isn’t in so I would have to come back or call. But then she said she could give me anything else besides a refund. So I asked if I could get a gift card and she said she couldn’t do that. On top of that they didn’t even make the drink correctly. Also I have tried calling the store and no one even picks up. It just keeps ringing and ringing. Never going here again.

Ordered inside at the kiosk. Purchased 2 coffees, 2 ham and Swiss croissants and hash browns. It took 10+ minutes to get our coffees and over 30 minutes to get our food. The croissants were burnt and I had maybe 5 cold hash browns in the bowl. No utensils were given with our food and there was no sugar available in the dining area for our coffees. The employees wouldn’t even look in our direction when we were waiting at the counter.

The person at the counter on Saturday morning needs to listen better I placed an order and it was not correct then I was told I didn't order what I had
