Panera Bread - Delaware

This place is a rip off.. too high priced for what you get. Bought a half tuna sandwich with chips and had to pay $8.49. Their menu board shows $6.79. The online menu says $7.19 for a half sandwich. I complained to the manager about paying $8.49 and she said the $6.79 was for the pick 2 which is like picking a half sandwich and a salad. I told her that makes no sense and she said well the pick 2 is the best deal. Their menu board does not show the $8.49 at all. And when I finally received my half sandwich it was bread, onions, lettuce, tomato, and a small 'smear ' of tuna (I think)... sorta like a mayonaise smear on bread. It was very bad and tasted like some dry bread vegy sandwich with a smear of mayo. Will not go to Panera ever again.... this was not my first bad experience either, but it is my final. For my half sandwich and my wifes half chicken salad sandwich plus three plain bagels we bought for the next morning it was about $30.... and not good at all.

The worssst place ever!!!! don't buy food from here I bought a vegetarian sub and they gave me bacon pits on bread and there was bugs in my foood!!!! I will make sure I sue and will be posting the content on social media platforms. The worker saw it and consistently kept saying she thought there was a bug. Most disrespectful and disgusting place everrr!!!!

The worst Panera. They never get the order correct and the wait is always long. I gave them one more try but this restaurant needs to be shut down and replaced with something else.

This Panera Bread can improve with more training for employees on their customer service skills. When an ingredient is unavailable, we would like to be notified when the food is provided. Please do not hide it. We certainly do not want to be yelled at by an employee for not understanding what their problem is. Other than that, you can enjoy the usual Panera food and drinks at this location.

First time at this Panera Bread...I have the Unlimited Sip Club, told cashier even gave my number BUT was still charged for my drink. Then my Onion soup was cold. I told the manager of the issues and I was refunded for the drink charge but replaced the cold soup with a cold/luke warm soup...Hmmm don't think I will return to this Panera Bread.
