I recently ordered a sandwich for my younger brother keep in mind I don’t typically come here. He wanted the club sub and when I got home there was no bacon or turkey looked like just a ham and cheese sub. I paid for a club sub and did not receive one. Honest mistake on the kids part and honest mistake for me not knowing what goes on that sandwich I guess but I don’t work there period or come there often. I called the next day and they were very rude on the phone which was a change of pace from the people who had served me the night before very nice kids. They said because they made in front of me that they couldn’t get me a refund. I can understand that in a world where everyone is a jersey mikes expert but I am not. I really wished it was handled better especially because I have my receipt and I personally work in customer service. I wish they would have made the moment right…

This is the worst place to go to in Delaware. They won't allow you to make or create your sub the way you want to without over charging you.it is ridiculous. They charged me for extra meat and I didn't even get extra meat

This is by far my favorite take out place, but I was disappointed today with my sandwich. I ordered the Italian on Rosemary Pharm. The bun was so dried out and hard it was very difficult to eat.?
