Sonic Drive-in - Del Valle

I had a terrible experience at this Sonic. The restroom was dirty and had an unpleasant odor. The service was very disappointing, with employees taking a long time to fulfill orders. I waited five minutes for someone to take my order at the menu board, and it seemed like the staff was unusually slow. I had to repeat my order three times because they didn't seem to hear me. I definitely won't be returning to this Sonic. The managers were unhelpful and seemed indifferent about the quality of customer service they and their staff were providing. If I could give this Sonic a negative rating, I would.
