Stratford Court Cafe - DEL MAR

I've dined here quite often, and since my dad and uncle own the restaurant, I can genuinely say that the food is really excellent. I'm not just saying that because of my connection. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, making it a great place to eat. Breakfast is my favorite time to visit; you should definitely try it sometime—it's well worth it. Plus, it's a bonus that you can bring your dogs, and they offer a variety of treats for them as well.

We booked this place for our son's wedding dinner, as it is our favorite dinner when we are in the area. We have always loved the charming, garden feeling, delicious food and friendly staff! When Hurricane Kay threatened to delete our plans, Bryan worked with us and offered her other location at the Oceanside Harbor, which is more included. It was a nice evening and we can not say enough about how soothing, attentive and friendly both owners Josh and Event coordinator Bryan were. Would recommend either location for private events!!

I love the farm, the plants and trees and sandwich. Also grab a smoothie, it has crumble fruits. Quiet surroundings. First order to enjoy a table:

I got the oinkster sandwich which come with a side of potatoes and seasonal fruit And 2 Ultimate bagels The food was well plated and over all good flavor, but if ur extra like me request the condiments!!! They do provide hot sauce too! The service was good.

The lady and I were in the Del Mar this morning and were both craving breakfast sandwiches. The Cafe itself is a cozy and comfortable garden style outdoor patio. Dogs are welcome which is a huge plus! My Lady ordered an Iced Coffee and a Oinkster Sandwich with a side order of potatoes. I ordered a breakfast croissant (Bacon) with a side of fruit and a Everythings Rosie smoothie. Our drinks where delicious and the staff was nice. Our Sandwiches were a different story. For my crossaint sandwich they used Fake eggs that were undercooked and unseasoned, Bacon was soft and greasy and the cheese was melted on 1/3 of the sandwich. My ladys Sourdough bread was tough and chewey, also her side of potatoes tasted bland and unseasoned. For pricing these sandwiches at $13.75 you could get the same quality Sandwiches at Jack In the Box for a third of the price. Hope they improve there ingredients, would love to bring my dog here one day.
