Pizza Hut - Del City

Hear people arguing and fighting in the back all the time food is always out late they have no Pride in the way the food looks when they serve it to you and all they ever want to do is give you a credit, customers are better off going to 29th and Douglas to the Pizza Hut over there

Pizza was burnt and cold. Horrible service. Manager was rude. Man this was a waste of money I couldn't even eat the pizza. Cinmon rolls had no glaze. Just zero stars all around.

This review is for the Del City, OK Pizza Hut. Many, many years I have been dining at this location. The employees here are above and beyond most restaurants in this area. When I picked up my recent order the employees all seemed happy and actually enjoying working together! Which is pretty rare in the restaurant/retail business since Covid. IMO. My food is always piping hot and fresh. Delicious! I also enjoy the Rewards Program and I love earning the free large pizza and other prizes. I will forever support this Pizza Hut as long as I live here.Parking: Private parking lot.

The app is completely inaccurate at to when your food will be done the last 5 times I've been here app said food was ready for pickup when I arrived was told another 10 minutes extremely

Placed order. 1 hour of waiting later they cancelled it. We called and asked what happened, they claimed they tried to call us, which never happened. Guy on the phone was SUPER rude, trying to blame us and being condescending, saying the driver couldn’t find the place (we’ve had Pizza Hut delivered here before)
