Flappy's Pancake House Restaurant

First my Gf and I sat down, it took a while until a waiter came by and actually served us. For at least 15 minutes, without drinks. But when they finally got over the service was great and the food was fantastic! More for them. Absolutely. I'm gonna eat again.

Delicious breakfast and cheap! I've never been until last week. (When I like to go back! The cinnamon roll French toast was amazing!

The meat-loving armet was delicious, but a little greasy. The waitress was very nice, but not often enough for coffee fillings. There were only six customers in the restaurant and it was 7:40. Overall, it was a good experience. I had pancakes and half my skills to go home.

This place broke my mind. I am usually a little hesitating to try new breakfast places, but this place just became my new favorite! Had her protein-knowet .. aww man. Rock Steak melted in my mouth. Filling meals. Pancakes tasted like real pancakes and not the box Art. The service is great. The waiters are so sweet and helpful. Very clean setting. Including the bathroom. Stop the good work!

I remember coming here back when I was in school, and that was before the change in management.
