Egg Haven Pancakes Cafe - DeKalb

Please change your menu item for Nutella crepes. The last 2 times I’ve eaten there I’ve gotten chocolate sauce (maybe Hershey sundae drizzle) instead of real Nutella. The consistency is off and the menu is misleading.

This is one of the best breakfast places in DeKalb/Sycamore, if not the best. Very good food and excellent service. Home-made preserves. Note added in 2022: It's also the most expensive breakfast place, but the portions are huge, so I'm not complaining. Also, they have the worst music outside of a stereotyped elevator, but, again, the food overcomes that.

Great, fresh food and lots of diversity! We'll come back again and again.

I love this breakfast place! They always have great breakfast food, teas and drinks. I loved the harmony ginger milk tea so much I bought it. It’s a little pricey but I think it’s worth the good quality tea. We’ve had to wait for a table sometimes, so at times the earlier you get there the better. Only complaint are some tables are pretty small or narrow, even just for two people.

Bland overpriced restaurant do not recommend. Front door has a contraption that hits you in the head. Waste of and time.
