Dibella's Subs - DeKalb Junction

This Belden Village location used to be top notch when it first opened with a manager that loved her job and cared about the customers. Since she has left it has gone down hill fast! The subs hardly have any meat and veggies on them, they have gotten my order wrong several times, and bags of chips have been opened when received! The current workers are not friendly either! If you don't like your job, go somewhere else, don't take it out on the customers!!

The representatives were welcoming. The subs were tasty. It took a little longer than usual to make the subs, but we were offered complimentary drinks due to the delay.

Stopped here for the first time and was not disappointed! The staff was so friendly and patient, the whole place was super clean, drinks from the fountain were very fresh and delicious and the worker brought our subs to us even though we got them to go instead of just yelling out our ticket number. The bread was also SO good. 10/10 recommend!!

The sub was good but I asked for the non spicy ham. When I checked out it came up and I even said I did not want the spicy ham she said oh yes that is right we did not put it on instead of remaking it. It was very spicy so ruined my lunch. I am sure if the regular ham was on it would have been good. Therefore low review. I suggest watch them make your sub and reiterate what you want on it.
