Subway - DeKalb County

Bad service and experience. Ordered on the app while in the store, to use an app only discount, the app did not have the sandwiches we wanted as options but they were on the board in the store. Had to make do and edit another sandwich I added bacon to it at an extra charge and was given a single piece of bacon for the entire foot long sandwich. I didn’t have enough filling in my sandwich and had huge bits of bread on either end left after eating it. The woman working was rude and had very poor communication. There was a ladder lying in the middle of the floor causing a trip and safety hazard the whole time we were there. Drink machine was nasty and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks.

Now usually I never have a problem when the women are there. Today I got a meatball sub extra sauce. Now I hate when workers think if they give extra sauce it comes out their pockets or they losing something. This bread was dry af and today the meatballs were not hot they were luke warm
