Pizza Hut - DeKalb County

Never again.Took a chance and ordered a large Supreme pizza from this place. First time ordering here. Pizza was delivered roughly 45 minutes later ... cold. To top it off, the parmesan shaker, for which I was CHARGED an additional .99 was missing.Called the number listed for the restaurant and kept getting some call center with people answering the phone who could barely pronounce hello . That fact didn 't stop them from attempting to be straight up rude and even hanging up in my face when I requested a manager. Made me wonder where/how it was conveyed to a customer service rep that it 's okay to just hang up on a customer. No, I was not swearing, yelling, nothing of the sort. I merely requested a manager.Got me once Pizza Hut. There will NOT be a second time. Hope it 's worth it to you to have subpar quality control, a subpar product (this Supreme pizza looks ridiculous looks like somebody actually took the time to ensure that they put ONE piece of pepperoni, half of a piece of Italian sausage, ONE sliver of onion and ONE sliver of green pepper per slice of pizza), and below subpar customer service to boot.Marco 's on S. My pizza was cold, delivered a hr late, not taped closed and the onions was burned black.

Man this is the worst pizzzaaa hut they really need to start doing drug tests on people cause they act like they get high during they shift or something how do my order always get forgotten about I stood in the 45 mins for the dude with glasss to come back and tell me my order was never made…. Everytime and when I say I come to this Pizza Hut all the time it’s always a difficulty with the orders. Either they ain’t put the order in or they make the wrong order and I’m starting to feel it’s a personal idk what it is but y’all need new staff for you guys nightshift. I hate this pizzaaaa hut very disappointing…

They put an additional $10 tip on top of the tip I gave them. I check all my receipts against my bank account....thieves

Slow service ? my babies were asleep 2 hours later. Food was good, but 2 hours later had to make them chicken nuggets, and it defeated the purpose of an easy night. Called and did not get much help. Thanks happy holidays. Just could do better.
