Baskin-robbins - Defuniak Springs

I didn't check any reviews before stopping here, and I'm glad I didn't. After reading the reviews, it’s clear the management has made some changes. I stopped by during a long business road trip and visited the restroom first (the men's room) – it was the cleanest public bathroom I've seen in quite a while. The entire establishment was tidy, organized, and well-maintained. The three young ladies working there were very polite, and I thoroughly enjoyed my Pumpkin Cheesecake milkshake. I visited around 3:15 p.m. on a Wednesday. Having worked in fast food myself, I understand how much easier it is to keep things clean and orderly when things aren't hectic. People should try to be more empathetic and patient.

We decided to check out this place since Sonic no longer serves banana splits, and it turned out to be a great choice! Overall, we had a positive experience with friendly staff. Since we were the only customers dining inside and they weren't busy, we were surprised to see that two of the available tables were messy and had ice cream spilled on them. It seems that they might not focus much on maintaining that area, especially considering that fewer people dine in these days. However, we preferred to eat inside since sharing a banana split in the truck can be tricky. We will definitely return, and we hope the tables will be cleaner next time!

We want to give a special shout-out to Thomas, the employee who took our order! He was incredibly patient and genuinely friendly, going above and beyond to ensure our order was just right. Given the numerous less-than-stellar reviews, we felt it was important to highlight Thomas's outstanding service, which made our first experience there a really positive one!

No bananas, no vanilla ice cream, none of the winter flavors finally opted for a dipped cone and when we got to the window they don?t have any dipped cones. Poor, poor management. The staff were friendly and I felt bad for them they have to put up with poor management .

There was some note scrawled in crayon taped to the side of the building that claimed drive thru only lobby closed, and when we tried the drive thru, they couldn 't provide the ice-cream flavors due to it all bring listed inside We just decided to leave. So disappointing.
