Ensign's Pub - Defiance

I like this place. Very laid-back, pub environment. I tried their hot beef sandwich with pepper jack cheese and some of their homemade hot mustard. It was awesome. Prices for both food and drink are very conservative. If you've not been here before, they are worth a try. #OnlyTheGoodStuff

Hot mustard was NOT at all hot... disappointed in that

The thick sliced fried bologna sandwiches are awesome!!! The only place I know of around defiance that has thick sliced fried bologna sandwiches on the menu ..they are excellent!!!! And the staff is great it's just a all around fun place to share a couple drinks with friends . .and 2 brab a awesome excellent thick sliced bologna sandwich!!!! Highly recommended!!! Just a casual laid back chill put n relax atmosphere!!!!! The hot beef sandwiches and the polish sausage sandwiches and the hot dogs with brown mustard r really yummy also!!!
