East Of Chicago Pizza - Defiance

I have to mention that we always seem to have issues with our orders, and I'm not sure why. Our last three deliveries have either been incorrect, cold, or both. On a positive note, Zac, the manager, was great, as was our delivery person. However, I'm starting to question whether our orders will ever be right or warm, as they always seem to disappoint!

I need to mention that we always seem to misunderstand each other, and I'm not sure why. The last three deliveries we've received were either incorrect, cold, or sometimes both. I do want to give a shout-out to Zac, the manager, who was a pleasure to work with, along with our delivery person. However, I'm not even sure if we got our order right tonight because it has consistently been cold or wrong!
