Domino's Pizza - Defiance

I just ordered from this restaurant, and I have to say I'm incredibly impressed with the service, quality, and speed of my order. After I paid, it was prepared, placed in the oven, and ready within 15 to 20 minutes. I received my order within 30 minutes of placing it. I ordered two pizzas and breadsticks, and when I checked them, the pizza was perfect! The toppings were just right, and it was even cut all the way through! The best part was that the exact number of sauces I requested online were included—this never happens with pizza delivery! My driver, Madeline, was really nice. She greeted me with a smile and wished me a great day. I know that should be standard courtesy, but it feels rare these days, and I truly appreciate it, especially since today had its challenges, leading me to order in instead of cooking. So, a big thank you to this location and the staff. You all are fantastic!

The pizza was excellent, and I really appreciated the pickup window for people with disabilities—it was very important to me. The young man I spoke to on the phone was helpful and answered all my questions. When I arrived at the drive-thru window to pick up my pizza, another young man was very friendly and efficient. I had estimated a wait time of 8 to 11 minutes, and when I got there, the pizza was perfectly made.

My husband and son really enjoy their gluten-free crust. As usual, there's a possibility of cross-contamination, but fortunately, they didn't have any adverse reactions.

My order was partly wrong, but when I called back, she explained that at that time she only worked one in the kitchen. We should better understand that people who work to keep our expected food industry are trying! Let us be thankful for this! fyi my order came in 30 minutes good work! and thank you

Absolutely astonishing, baked that pizza perfectly and crisp to perfection, could of swore the delivery driver could finish 1st in the Indy 500. Once again dominos has out done there selfs. It still amazes me every time I order the crew they have is the best of the best they go the dream team to satisfy all your pizza needs
