Arby's - Defiance

ON 4/1/2024 2:39PM In the drive thru I ordered a medium roast beef and crinkle fries along with a packet or Arby 's sauce. After driving away I discover they gave me half raw seasoned curly fries instead of crinkle fries, no Arby 's sauce, but horsey sauce instead. The worst was a COLD finely shredded roast beef sandwich with lettuce mixed in it. NASTY ! I 've always had good experiences here until this, wasted money.

Food was good service was okay they just forgot 5 out of 20 of my sliders

Clean and well maintained. Courteous and friendly service. Probably the nicest Arby’s I’ve ever been to.

Food was decent. Service wasn't that great. Kid acted like he hated his job. Overall is was just ok.

First time visiting this Arby's. One of the best ones I've been to. Clean, friendly, and quick on service. Loved the way it was layed out inside. Was especially happy they have their fish sandwich back!!
