Cherry Pit Cafe - Deerfield

Love the food, the oatmeal pancakes are the best I've ever had, never dry and quite filling. Service is great and it is quiet enough to hear your table mates talk.

Food and service was great, so glad they stayed open all these years after the owners sold the restaurant to the employees! Great lunch spot!

We parked in the parking lot in the rear of the establishment and you have to walk around the building to the entrance. We came in just after breakfast rush and we sat in the dining room at the back, instead of the counter in the front. The wait staff was very friendly and made us feel welcomed. I had the Apple Chicken Sausage skillet and my wife chose the Deerfield Omelet. The food arrived promptly and piping hot. We typically go there for the nostalgic value we've developed since it's prior owners. the crew is always polite and the service always good. the food is more basic than closeby diners but it's alright.

Decent food and reasonable service. This is a quaint local dinner with the expected fare. Kind of expensive though.
