Chanson Royal Blues - Deerfield Beach

This restaurant, located within a stylish boutique hotel, boasts stunning views of the seaside.

We have enjoyed Chanson for many years and have often recommended it to friends. However, when we recently took some friends who had never been there before, it was quite embarrassing. In the past, the prices were reasonable compared to other nearby restaurants, and the quality and menu offerings were unique. This time, though, the prices were steep (for example, $65 for branzino), and the food combinations were too unusual to be enjoyable, like ceviche with fruit. We won't be returning until Chanson regains the exceptional quality it once had.
