Dunkin' - Deer Park

If I could give 0 stars, I would. We ordered a dozen donuts through the mobile app, picked them up within 10 minutes, and drove home 30 minutes away. When we opened the box, we were shocked. I would have returned them, but it was already 8:30 PM and the bakery closed at 9. Additionally, it would have been an hour drive for me. The powdered donuts were brown and as hard as rocks, looking like they had been dug out of the mud. There were 6 other flavors, and half of them were also hard. I have photos as proof. I will never visit this place again.

The customer service at this restaurant is awful. I walked in, there were 4 people at the front counter, but none of them acknowledged that I was waiting. When I finally asked for help, I received a rude response from a slightly overweight woman who claimed they were busy. I approached her again and insisted on being helped.

Do not expect to leave this restaurant quickly. The service is the slowest I have ever experienced at any Dunkin' Donuts location. I only come here because it is close to my workplace, but I have to wait at least 15 to 20 minutes every time I visit. Twice I have left and gone to Shipley's instead. The person behind me was visibly frustrated.

Needs new management. I use to go 3 to 5 times in the week until last 2 months there are new rentals and some of the old faces there were fired or moved and told by me it is the administration. So now the new rentals do not know what they do and have an employment. most new rentals there...hit and miss .so now I only go once in the week .2 stars since dunkin is better than dieucks still overall.

This is hit or miss. Sometimes you get the nice cashier, sometimes you get the older, grumpier woman. They are not as organized as other Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve been too. I also don’t feel the love you normally get from places when you’re one of their regulars. They would usually see me 3-4 times a week and it wasn’t really like an acknowledgement or friendly talk or vibe from them. Many times they have to shut down inside because their drive thru is busy and they don’t have enough people
