Cold Stone Creamery - Deer Park

The ice cream was not good at all. My cookie dough flavor didn’t have any actual cookie dough in it. It was really disappointing!

I visited the Deer Park location for the first time this past hot Sunday to pick up my $65 online order, which included German Chocolate Cake, Berry Berry Berry Good, and Surrender to Strawberry! My order was ready right when I arrived, and one of the friendly and professional employees handed it to me. The interior was spotless and well-organized, buzzing with satisfied customers! I will definitely return to this location for my ice cream cravings in the future!

The ice cream is enjoyable, but the staff seem to dislike their jobs. They come across as somewhat rude and indifferent towards customers. Additionally, the tables were not clean.

If you're looking for delicious ice cream and great customer service, you should definitely visit Cold Stone. I've been coming here for years, and each time I visit, it’s an amazing experience.

It's always a delight to visit this fantastic local dairy. The owners and staff are incredibly attentive to customer service and exceptionally friendly!
