Old Chinese lady ask if my gf and I were together. We said yes, then she just left to the back. She came back to take the order of man who came after us. After like 10 minutes of waiting there the young woman who was working on a big order had to help us. I could be wrong, but I?m guess that the old lady did not like the fact that my gf is black and that I?m Chinese. Perhaps she doesn?t like race mixing? wouldn?t want to taint the blood line. I visited the restaurant for the buy one get one free sundae promotion, but was disappointed to receive only soft ice cream with toppings in a cup. I was not given any sundae syrup as advertised, and felt that I was overcharged for the experience. I will not be returning to this restaurant in the future.

I adore this place. The staff is incredibly quick and friendly. I visit here at least two times a week. I just can't get enough of ice cream. And Carvel is my favorite.
