Waterford's Family - Dedham

Paid market price for fish and chips got some freezer fish. More of a regulars place only care about that customer not new

I guess we stopped by on a live music night, which was a women just singing with ipad music, who was overall good but it was soo loud. Like way too loud, our server couldn 't hear us nor could we hear each other a foot away. My salmon was undercooked in the middle and my sisters haddock was cold. It was so loud we couldn 't even let the server know as he couldn 't hear us anyway and had already messed up her meal, giving her the wrong thing. Plus we just wanted to get out of there. Buffalo wings were good and the server kept our waters full. Would I give it another chance, possibly as long as it was not a loud music night and we order anything but seafood.

DONT EVER GO HERE: If i could give zero stars i would. This restaurant is a nightmare. I spoke to 2 or 3 different managers in regards to a refund for my HORRIBLE meal and HORRIBLE service and they keep giving me the run around saying to call this number, call that number, someone will reach out to you. Nobody has called me even after i was told i would receive a full refund for my awful experience. AND I WILL NOT DELETE MY REVIEW UNTIL I AM ISSUED MY REFUND THAT I WAS PROMISED

We decided to try Waterford's to celebrate our anniversary. I hadn't been there since it first opened after the Old Irish Ale House closed. We were pleasantly surprised! The food and service are excellent. I ordered the grilled shrimp with yummy rice. My husband had the shepherd's pie. Both were delicious. They have a sangria that is so good. The atmosphere is warm and cozy. If you can get a table by the river, even better. Highly recommended!

Excellent service and perfect Baked Haddock dinner. Very responsive bar staff! They used to have Harp on tap but Sam Adams Lager was a top notch alternative. Highly recommend stopping in to enjoy the ambiance and views of the Charles River from the main bar!!! 5 Stars
