Panera Bread - Dedham

The food was good but the service was TERRIBLE! We waited 20-ish minutes for 2 bakery items that were pre-made and 1 drink. There were 2 other people in the store and they ordered after us, so its not like it was packed. If you have even the slightest time constraint, don't order here, because there is a large chance you will be late.

Ordered a sandwich today,while eating it it tasted off, I turned it up side down and found the bread badly burnt from the oven grease. Nasty! Lunch time is over from work no time to bring it back Had to throw it out!!

Not usually a Karen, but ordered take out and received the wrong sandwich. When we tried to call the store, the call just continued to be rerouted to the menu. With how expensive Panera's gotten, very frustrating to pay so much for the wrong sandwich.
