Mcdonald's Family Restaurants

I do like McCafe Coffee. At this McD's it was no different. Service was quick. The place was clean. There seemed to be more outside seating than inside. It's a McD's and they delivered the standard service here.

We don't eat here very often but we do go here for an ice cream or slushy a fair bit. If you're going there for ice cream or a frozen drink its a bit of a gamble as Machine's aren't always working. If we have been lucky enough to arrive on a day they are working the ice creams are usually dissapointing but they're cheap (you get what you pay for).

This is by far the worst mcdonalds we go to, we try to avoid it as much as possible. Service is usually poor.One instance we were in the drive through for 10+mins not moving when questioned the girl at the window what had happened she rudely said we don't have enough staff on what do you want me to do? No sorry for the wait or anything just gave me my food and turned around. I told her she should tell her manager to arrange more staff.Always get burnt breakfast rolls wrong orders the list is endless avoid at all costs.

Have often had bad service when there but the lack of cleanliness today at this macas was appalling. Bins over flowing tables not cleared. Time/date aprox 2:00pm 25/1/16

Often out of ice cream. Slow service...becomes overwhelmed with busyness very quickly and easily. Generally clean....food is, well, maccas! Small playground but hood to have one.
