Texas Roadhouse - Decatur

We tried to call forward because a bigger party had and after they were stopped, they literally answered the phone to hang on us three times. This leads to waiting in the restaurant and they extend the waiting period we tried to avoid and be polite to call in advance. They had also kept us waiting outside or in our cars, what could happen again? ve was avoided when they answered the phone instead of hearing the hostess, they say their name and then hang up abruptly. Our waitress was amazing and the food was fine. All steaks boiled incorrectly and for the price you should just go to a steak house. All in all, we have just tried to be attentive and responsible and be suspended, is simply unprofessional.

Me and my hubby went for dinner and was greeted with kindness and punctuality. The staff was very welcoming and energetic! Our server was Carolyn and she was the absolute best!!!!! The food was awesome too!!! I hope everyone gets the same experience we did!!

They expect people to sit outside in the heat while waiting for a table even though there are benches inside. It?d be better to have a sign posted to wait in the car until the table is ready and remove inside benches if they aren?t supposed to be used. Wait staff hostess needs to advise this fact upon a customer entering the restaurant and quit being rude, use good manners. Is good customer service even taught anymore? We left and did not dine there because of the first impression given.

Had an amazing experience at this restaurant. I never usually leave good reviews unless something WOWS me! Wait time was only about 15-20 minutes. We were sat and given rolls immediately while we waited on our server to come to us. Everything we ate was delicious, and every worker was so happy to be there. Every worker had smiles on their faces and enjoyed talking to their guests. Every waiter/waitress around us was working their tails off. Our waiter, Dakota, was very attentive and one of the best waiters I?ve ever witnessed. Thanks for a great dinner! I will definitely be back.

We went to Texas Roadhouse around 1:40 PM today. 5 adults 2 children. We weren't allowed to wait inside so we waited in our cars. I believe next time we will look into getting on the list early I think that is an option in their app. The wait was 25 mins that wasn't too bad. The waitress was great. She stayed on top of our needs. The only thing I can truly say is make sure you have plenty of time when you go. We had to wait around 45 mins for our main course. The rolls were awesome. Overall a great experience.
