Steak N Shake - Decatur

Oh steak a shake, as a company you failed. this new kiosk work-a-rant is terrible! the place was like a ghost town and probably because people like me do not want to take 45 minutes to find out the kiosk! really bad people move indianapolis company office! I won't be back, maybe just through the drive-thru

This is literally the best steak n shake I've ever had! the food was quick and perfect! the place was clean and the toilets were also clean. they also had kiosks to make their order. Man, that was perfect! I know the picture I made from the burger doesn't look so good, but it was good for me!

Absolutely terrible! if they try to use the reward points they give them when they use the steak n shake app to order and buy their order, I would suggest to go to forsyth or mt zion. Actually, I would recommend either one of them, even if they don't use any reward points. first they took $5 from my reward account and I never used it. I could see this in my reward history and after two different complaining they gave me my $5 back. then one day when there was a warm consultation, I had a personal emergency and had no choice as to go and remembered that I had my $5 in rewards and I stopped at steakn shake on pershing rd, so I could order the drink I needed urgently. a line began to form behind me while I waited for my order. a big coke. the cashier tried to scan the Qr code in my phone for my rewards but to take problems. he has another employee who helps him, but they couldn't get it to work either. when I took in the manager, she came to the cash, she told me that I couldn't use my rewards because the big cos I had ordered less than $5.00 when I came home, crazy hot and thirsty, I looked at the app and found that it said that the rewards balance after my order remained in my drink business to add injury offense, I tried to order the sum would be more than $5 now and I wanted to pay the balance with my debit card. it would not go through, told me I have to wait 3 hours and try to order again. when I did as I pointed out, my balance was gone. I had not yet ordered that I even had left my house and they took my reward balance. So far I have sent twice in my complaint and they have not returned the rewards they stole from me. they have not even responded to my complaint. the manager has no idea what she does and her customer service is terrible, her employees are not properly trained thanks to her not know how to treat her job or how to deal with problems and I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

It was nice to be able to dive again, but it was not important to place order of a kiosk. would rather be ordered by a waitress/wax like the old days.

Sorry to say that quality of meat for hamburgers has gone down the tubes. This was probably 70% meat and not good. I am so dissatisfied with the restaurant Steak n Shake has become. I do still like their cherry coke and milkshakes but I will no longer buy any meals
