Head West Sub Stop - Decatur

I tried the Chicken Salad Salad last Friday and it was fantastic! I was pleased to discover that the restaurant uses iceberg lettuce instead of shredded bits. The chicken salad was delicious, placed on a bed of lettuce with red onion, tomato, cheese, and your choice of dressing. The staff was quick and friendly. I will definitely be returning, perhaps on a weekly basis! If you haven't tried it yet, you should definitely check it out!

The sandwiches are delicious but extremely large. If you're not extremely hungry or planning on skipping meals for the next day and a half, opt for a half sandwich instead. I ordered a full sandwich and it had more meat than my last 6 Subway sandwiches combined. They are generous with their meat portions, however, they may want to ease up on the mayo. The soda machine may be a bit complicated for those with advanced degrees, as my colleague had trouble figuring it out.
