Fuji Japanese Steakhouse - Decatur

Compared to other dining options in Decatur, I would give this restaurant a 4-star rating. It may not be phenomenal, but it is definitely a step above average.

I always have high hopes for Fuji, but I am always disappointed when I visit because it never quite meets my expectations.

My friend doesn't like hibachi, so we decided to go with sushi instead. Overall, the food was just okay. The sashimi was a bit dry and uninteresting, and the rolls were average.

The Hibachi combo with steak and chicken was delicious! The veggies, fried rice with yum yum sauce, and ginger salad dressing were all great. There's nothing to dislike about this meal!

The food at this restaurant is not just very good, it's great! The prices are reasonable and the service is prompt and very friendly. We were seated immediately and watching the chefs at the grill preparing our meals was a highlight of the experience.
