The food took a long time to prepare, about 20 minutes. The restaurant was quite smoky, making it difficult to enjoy the meal inside.

45 minutes waiting for 2 sandwiches is ridiculous if you work 6 employees behind the counter. None of them in haste, took their time and no explanation why we had to wait so long. Many angry customers in there.

I had a frustrating experience at this restaurant. It took a long time to get my sandwich, and I realized that the staff seemed more focused on taking orders over the phone rather than helping the customers waiting in the store. I waited 45 minutes for my sandwich and eventually had to ask the manager about its status. Meanwhile, the girl behind the counter was prioritizing the orders of people who arrived after me. I'm not sure I will return to this place again.

I have always loved the firehouse, and the food was still great, but please warn people when they come in and you will take 45- an hour to get them a SANDWICH. I'll get you to have a short staff, but you were slow.
