45 minutes waiting for 2 sandwiches is ridiculous if you work 6 employees behind the counter. None of them in haste, took their time and no explanation why we had to wait so long. Many angry customers in there.

I have always loved the firehouse, and the food was still great, but please warn people when they come in and you will take 45- an hour to get them a SANDWICH. I'll get you to have a short staff, but you were slow.

Loved trying the Sunday Wheat Bread Italian Sub with Barbecue Chips, Rainbow Chip Cookie, a Firehouse Subs Cherry Lime-Aid Zero Sugar drink for my taste of my experience it was good.

The food is really good but the customer service is sub par. I ordered online and went to pick up 20 minutes later to be told they were still making my order. I waited another 10 minutes to be asked if I was waiting on another person's order, only to find out that my order was sitting in front of one of the prep people already completed. They just shrugged it off and didn't even say thank you, it's a bummer because I do really like going there.
