Bidrage med feedbackWe went through the drive-thru and requested to upsize our drinks, but the girl working there rudely refused. When we received our food, we noticed that the lettuce on our Whoppers was old and brown. The girl at the window did not speak to us at all, and I had to ask for sauce for our child's nugget meal.
The cashier, a young woman, was extremely kind and attentive. The service was prompt, and our meal arrived hot. The restroom was clean and well-maintained. Overall, we had a very positive experience.
I typically don't give a restaurant 1 star, but this location is truly terrible in terms of customer service. The staff rarely even acknowledges customers, and when they do, they barely greet, thank, or show any appreciation for choosing to dine there. As someone who works in retail, I know that customers can be challenging at times, but not all of them. Basic customer service etiquette, such as smiling, welcoming, and thanking customers, should be a standard practice. I'm not asking for anything extravagant, just simply to be treated nicely.
This is for the Burger King on 6th avenue in Decatur, they are about the worst as far as fast food restaurants around. Just for the record fast food industry is shrinking. I do realize that they may be short staffed, but come on drive through. When you'reinside dining is closed and all you have is drive through, Personally I think that upper management needs to come down and dosome work or as they say get their hands dirty.
Clean, fast and very helpful staff. Even when, it's not about the menu. I will return. They had fresh, hot coffee. And the fries were not over salted. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.
