Arby's - Decatur

This place really needed to be cleaned it was nasty!! Will not go back

Ordered bbq sandwich around 845pm in drive thru, had to pull around to wait for food. Waited 10 minutes, walked inside to get my food. When I arrived home, sandwich drenched in bbq sauce, had all grizzle and roast beef didnt taste right. I ate 3 bites and threw the sandwich in garbage. That evening I got sick!

One of the very limited options during the trip through an icestorm, most companies were closed for the weather. There were only two ladies and they were extraordinary! Very efficient, remained friendly and upbeat despite working over. Great experience!!!

I went wrong and repaired the order without comprehending a big deal, setting to eat and my $10 beef and Cheddar sandwich had very little Cheddar. Very disappointed I would just like to thank the company for reaching me.

Fast service. The food was good as ever. I go back and try all new menu items.
