Tim Hortons - Dearborn

I have found that this Tim Hortons location in the metro Detroit area consistently serves the best and most delicious Iced Capps compared to other locations. The drive-through staff is friendly and provides good service. Although it may appear closed at times, it is not, which can be misleading but amusing.

I'm here several times and they're under servants. went once the drive up and waited a few minutes and no one answered and had to order inside. here a few times more and the place was closed an hour earlier, but the drive thru was kept open. today they were out of bagels. it always seems to be something. also heard that they are under new management and that a few employees came out from some reason as a result. the few who work here that arnt brand new seem polite and reliable.

Superior coffee pastries and breakfast sandwiches as dunkin donuts mcdonalds or wendys.

Even after they reopened, it was the slowest service I have ever experienced. Despite there being no other customers at the drive-thru window, I waited for ten minutes before eventually giving up, as no one acknowledged my presence.

The customer service at this restaurant was lacking, with several mistakes in our order. The workers were rude and sarcastic, and one even claimed to be the manager.
