Charming restaurant, but I had a disappointing experience. I arrived around 10:30 and seemed to be the first customer. Unfortunately, the bathrooms were in terrible condition. It appeared that the carpets hadn't been cleaned in weeks. Two employees were handling dough at a table in the back without gloves, which did not look hygienic at all. The restaurant also had a foul odor reminiscent of garbage. It seems this place has lost its quality, and I would advise caution if you decide to eat here. Proceed at your own risk.

We ordered delivery and only received half of our order. The driver called us regarding the missing items, which led us to believe they would pick them up. When we contacted the restaurant, they informed us that the rest of our order had never been prepared, and all they could offer was a refund for what we didn't receive. This left us with cold food and no follow-up from the restaurant to address the situation. We were disappointed, as we've enjoyed your food in the past, but this experience has changed our perception. With so many dining options available, we won't be ordering from you again. Unfortunately, you've made it onto our list of places we won't return to.

The Italian sub was delicious! I absolutely love the bread; it's far superior to what you find at other sub shops.

I enjoy the smoothies that I CAN GET THEM from here from the Hagen daz ice center inside, the only thing I don't like is that they wouldn't serve me because they just opened at 11 a.m. when I arrived and rushed for the start of lunch and all needed in the pizza area...not enough workers, nothing ready and wouldn't sell any smoothies til maybe 12noon? That was my lunch?.I RECOMMENDATIONS ON YOUR SIGHS reasonable for a big $6

The food is great as usual. Nice staff also. You can't dine in and the restrooms are currently fir employees only. Which understandable to me. The Chicago steak grinder is really good! And they are serving ice cream?
