This place honestly deserves 0 stars. Where do I start? I literally never have a good experience even when I am doing carry out. I never even care enough about anything to sit there and write a review. But this place is just something else. First of all, its been the same cashier for many years. I believe his name is Ayman. He is always super rude. He makes you feel stupid when he can 't hear your order. And many of the waitresses are rude as well and not very helpful. They think you can 't see them when they roll your eyes at you for asking something simple such as more napkins. Ayman is also the same way. Tonight however when I went to pick up my order things got really out of hand. Me and my mother were told the wait is 20 minutes. We waited half an hour just to be courteous and give them more time to prepare the food. When we go inside and ask if the food is ready, Ayman starts going off and giving my mother a lecture about waiting. All we did was ask a simple question. We told him there is no reason to be rude and instead of de-escalating the situation he just raises his voice even more and starts telling us to cancel the order. No resolution, no time estimate, no hey sorry we just have a bit more wait tonight , because honestly thats fine we can wait. And to top it all off as soon as one of his friends show up he goes to the back to make them tea. You should be treating all your customers with kindness not just your friends. It doesn 't stop there. A gentlemen walks in and tells Ayman he forgot his phone on the counter. Ayman raises his voice again and says no way theres no way we have your phone here. Another customer pointed out that he saw one of the waitresses actually take a phone in a black case off the counter and took it to the back. And you guessed it when they went in the back and brought it, it was the gentleman 's phone. And all this time time Ayman is still also giving us attitude and we are just sitting there in awe not knowing what we did to him to deserve this kind of treatment. I don 't know how he still has a job there frankly. The only reason I go is because my parents like the place and I usually can not wait till I get my order and leave. All these years he has never offered me good service. Don 't even think about going back in if they mess up your order because Ayman will just tell you theres nothing he can do. Don 't go to this place, theres many other places you can frequent that are much better and their cooks actually wear gloves and masks. Thats not just me saying this but look at all the other reviews on here pointing out how bad the hygiene practices are.

The food is delicious, the portions are large, the service is fast and the staff is very friendly and kind!

The desserts are delicious, especially the carrot cake, the staff is very kind and the service is fast.

Middle eastern food. The food was good. Small seating area. Staff friendly. Fast service. I would give it 3.5.
