Mcdonald's - De Ridder

3/16/24 updateNephews and niece really wanted McD so we took a shot. Still the worse. One kid definitely stoned. Manager couldn’t care less how slow they were working. Ordered online before we left the house and still waited almost 20 minutes for food in the online order space. The girl who brought the food out had an attitude in the worse way. I needed walking in to order my food separate and still waited 15 minutes. The dining room was empty and there were about two cars in drive through at any time. I really hope this place gets shut down. I should’ve realized when it was empty during opening day of little league. The door dash driver was there when I showed up and looked at the manager and said, “this order or late” and she got a shrug in return. Another man brought in his entire family’s order of three bags and some happy meals. All were made wrong. The only person in there that I’d even consider an employee was a young lady in a yellow shirt. I also heard her say she works in the DeQuincy store. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!! The DeRidder McD is horrible

My so on my phone was showing my order went through,but was told it didn't on their end,I tried showing them and was blowed off like they could care less...

This is the worst McDonalds I’ve ever been do, slow and sloppy. No time management what do ever and workers just rude as hell!

Went for a Bigmac this is what I got,half my mac back at the store

Drink machine had no ice or coke. Food was good and the girl taking our order was very polite and helpful. Lobby needed attention but overall okay.Kid-friendliness: One booth has a game screen my son likes to sit at, and we like to watch the funny animal video clips on the tv screen.
