Dairy Queen Grill Chill - De Ridder

Came in yesterday for some ice cream cones for my kids after baseball. The lady making the cones, had her bare grimey hands all over the top of the ice cream cone. The cone we eat. No gloves, no napkin wrapped around the cone protecting it from her nasty hands that idk what has touched. Absolutely disgusting and unsanitary. I won’t be returning.

SO LOUD YOU COULD NOT HEAR THE SERVER.could not hear at the table.Menu hard to read, no description.. server couldn't explain...Self serve drink..A mess tray loaded with ice splashed drinks. Flavor out NO Sign.. when I reported the drink bad she said we out . We're short-handed..Food ready.. no marks on food to know what sandwich was whos.. had to ask ketchup ask for napkins.Bathroom dirty.very dirty..I stopped for ice cream before never had food..Not happy not worth it..

Worker are great!!! They did everything right!It 's corporate that I have a problem with. The burgers are AWFUL. They taste exactly like cafeteria burgers due to a change by corporate. That 's what I like about Texas! is dead and I can no longer enjoy a taste of my childhood as a treat. RIP.(The chicken strip basket is still good tho)

They didn't take the order correctly. The onion rings were burned. No salt on the French fries. They didn't give me the medium drink that I ordered. They said it wasn't added to the order. This was after I had repeated the order 4 times.

The burgers at Dairy Queen are the best. I don't care for the banana split, too artificial tasting.
