Daisy's Mariscos - De Queen

This place is shut down. Truckers use its massive parking area to park over the weekend or overnight. But when it was open, their a la Diabla shrimp was gross.

The seafood is always fresh and plentiful. The owner is very accommodating to your diet. Excellent food.

Great people, great service, and fantastic seafood! The Aguachiles is the best ceviche I've ever had. Their guacamole dip is soo good! It is creamy with some sour cream, but still spicy and full of flavor. Warm, house-made chips, too! The only complaint is the meat in their tacos and gorditas (the steak and pork) were a little dry, but still flavorful. Stick with the seafood and you can't go wrong.

The waitress was friendly and the restaurant was clean but I did not love the food. It could've just been what we ordered but the bacon wrapped shrimp was overcooked and the beef fajitas were made of dry very tiny strips of beef no larger than potato sticks. The prices were pretty high as well. In addition to being dry, the fajitas which cost $12.99 didn't even come with sour cream or guacamole. She did offer to bring me some for free though when I asked about it. Like I said, maybe some of their other foods are better.
