Sgambati's New York Pizza - De Pere

Used to be excellent! We thought we would give this a whirl again since its been 6 months, and again, the pizza was not what was described on the menu. We ordered a Margharita pizza and it did not have any basil on it. No basil on a margharita pizza? And it had a sweet balsamic glaze swimming all over it, the box and crust were drenched with balsamic glaze. Glaze was not on the menu for this pizza. Garlic knots were okay. Had to throw the large pizza out, no one could eat it. Second time. Go anywhere else. Frozen pizza for our party. What a waste. Embarrassing.

Closed at 745pm. Sign says 9pm. Nothing New York about that.

Bartender was really nice and accomodating. The last time I was here the wings were great. This time I sent them back after 1.5 wings. Dry and chewy. Flavor was good though. Bartender was completely understanding. I'll try again in a month or two. Hope they can dial it in. Great location, great food concept. Good beer selection too.

I don't like eating raw dough. I loved this place when I was younger. Now it is filthy, a mess, and poor food quality.

Worst service I've experienced in a while. The waiter was missing the entire time. The pizzas we ordered came 30 minutes apart without any communication. Never asked to refill drinks. I could keep going but just overall an absolute dud. I will never go back. Disappointing because I know when I was here a while back it was not this bad.
