‪pizza Hut‬ - دبي

I loved pizza hut but today's incident ruined my day. I ordered a limo pizza with 2 veg variant. I noticed chunks of chicken in my veg pizza. Upon notifying the manager Ahmed, they made a fresh veg pizza. Second time also we found chunks of chicken in the pizza hiding beneath the layer of cheese. This ruined my day and fandom for pizza hut as a brand. The manager mr. Ahmed didn't took it seriously and denied to even pay my refund. I am not at all satisfied with the kind of service provided to me being vegetarian and got served chicken. I will never prefer to go for this pizza hut again. . . You should also know about the Resolution of this incident as well.... The next day I received multiple calls from the regional manager and area manager of Dubai and Abu Dhabi, and they apologized for my trouble and the unpleasant experience. They assured me that the outlet will be inspected for food handling and service guidelines. One thing they confirmed was that VEG PIZZA IS PREPARED SEPARATELY and offered me to come to the office and examine the process first hand. They offered me a one time free meal from any outlet in UAE. Nah, I didn't take the offer because intention was to make it right for the people. I was angry as hell at first due to how that one farewell went horrible and how ignorant that outlet manager was to my situation but the brand came true. I am glad to know that even when 1 customer out of the billions is unhappy with their service, they make their best effort to redeem their process and bring em back. After 6 months, I tried their pizza again and the new variant is amazing. You be the judge.

Best place dine in specially Parking is free . Outside Sitting area is perfect so can enjoy your meal they have big eating space

I normally appreciate pizza hut but this branch is not good. I ordered a large vegetarian pan pizza and I only ate one slice and so my company. None could take another slice as the base was undercooked. It's a pitty because we were really hungry.

I hve no issue about the food..my issue is their machine for card the cashier says its not working....so I hve no other choice but to paid by cash..she tried mycard twice and she said declined wc is impossible and she tried again same thing so I hv no otherchoice I pais cash but after I reached my office I received a messege that my card used at pizza hut oisis mall at the cost of 67........its unfair ....can I get my money back...

The customer service is so poor. They don't have time to listen to customers. The tone they use to say NO is in such a way they are giving it for free. No complaints on delay it may be due to several other reasons but if the best customer support executive don't have time take orders and even while taking orders she don't have time to listen due to which we have to tell her again and again but be cautious it will make her angry . GOOD PLACE TO HAVE PIZZA BUT WORST PLACE TO ORDER IT .
