If they happen to be at kite beach (back of sunset mall,) try this joint. we love the barbeque meatballs! her brot is crispy outside and soft inside, not so tender. excellent customer service!

Great place on the beach, their bread in sandwiches is super fresh and crunchy, and their sandwiches are very good. The place have great view of the whole beach and burj al Arab. The staff is very friendly. The only shortfall would probably be the fact that they charge for ketchup?? Something I do not understand, if you are a customer paying 40aed for menu, charging for a packet of ketchup seems rather ridiculous.

We decided to try this with the entertainer vouchers when we visited the beach here. We ordered the Chicken tikka and Caesar chicken baguettes. Overall they tasted nice and were a decent size too. Limited options but their sandwiches are good.

Located behind sunset mall , A Small shop located next to the beach Absolutely loved it , ordered the chicken tikka wrap and Halloumi sandwich . They prepared it fresh and lots of salads were been added to the sandwich . It was wrapped and served within 5 mins . The first bite was so crunchy and good in taste . Very much enjoyed it and the sandwich was also very much filling . Staff was also very much friendly . Will definelty recommend this place to my friends

Tried this place last week Tuesday ive been going there everyday since! We've tried nearly all their sandwiches we can honestly say it is amazing. Each cheese or sauce that is placed in their matches perfectly with their different typed sandwiches! They offer white, brown stone baked bread! They have the perfect sandwiches to have while you enjoy a day at the beach the view goes amazing with their sandwiches. Hopefully coming back in the weekend for breakfast! I'm hoping to see more of their restaurants ! Good Luck!
