Wild Ginger - Daytona Beach

The food was fresh, but I felt that the entrée was lacking as it had very little sauce.

I ordered a customized Miso Soup with only tofu broth, which they happily accommodated. I also got the Kid's Steak (C2) and Kid's Shrimp (C3), both of which were generously portioned—especially the steak compared to the shrimp—but they were both delicious! They even provided extra white sauce at no extra charge. Additionally, I tried the Crazy Girl Roll (13), which is a bit on the pricey side, but it was really tasty and quickly became my favorite roll.

Everything was fantastic. Best sushi I have had at Daytona. I got 4 total rolls. The 22. Moon Roll 18. Peacock Roll 2. Crazy Roll and 8. Rainbow Rollwere so good. I high recommend this place for sushi.

Gyoza is good. Pad Thai was terrible. Asked for a side of peanut sauce and they just gave me ground peanuts.

The Steak Kimchi Ramen was absolutely fantastic! It was well-seasoned and had just the right level of spiciness. The kimchi and steak were both tender and fresh. This dish is definitely going to be my go-to! I wasn't a fan of the fish cake, but overall, it was a great choice.
